Refund Policy

At Oneheim Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are handled according to the following policy.

Digital Services

Payments made for completed work, delivered files, or completed service milestones are generally non-refundable.

Project Cancellation

If a project is canceled before work has started, a partial or full refund may be considered.

If work has already begun, refunds will depend on the amount of work completed.

Revisions & Support

Clients are encouraged to communicate feedback during the project process. Reasonable revisions may be provided depending on the selected service package.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • completed and delivered work
  • delays caused by lack of client communication
  • changes in project scope after approval
  • dissatisfaction based on personal preference after approval
